If you did a mistake admit it and move on. Don’t be a dodger. Having a dodger in the team can really make the environment inefficient.

If the process does not work don’t look for an escape goat. Try to solve the problem rather then find someone to blame for it.

Be enthusiastic about your work.

Value your work. Don’t just do it for the sake of doing it. Enjoy it!
